Successful interns will receive a monthly retainer of KES 10,000, with an opportunity to earn weekly and monthly incentives based on performance, discipline, attendance, and achievement of set targets.
During the program, interns will be exposed to sales and onboarding, collection and retention, and recovery activities.
Interns who demonstrate strong performance, discipline, integrity, learning ability, communication skills, customer engagement skills, and commitment to Demulla’s culture may be absorbed into permanent roles as Loan Officers or Recovery Officers, depending on business needs, performance results, and suitability for the role.
