We are seeking a structured and detailed Customer Care Intern to manage our office operations and assist walk-in clients at our Tanga Suites showroom. You will handle phone inquiries and guide customers through their accounts. Additionally, you will handle vital digital data entry to keep our client contracts, daily payments and inventory securely tracked.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confident, patient and professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Trustworthy with confidential client data and payment records
