The role will implement community-level programme activities by mobilising and organising groups, delivering training, facilitating access to credit, and supporting enterprise development, thereby strengthening livelihoods, ensuring programme compliance, and driving sustainable community impact.
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma or higher qualification in Community Development, Social Sciences, Agribusiness/Cooperatives, Microfinance, Marketing, Business Management, Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience Level:
Demonstrated conceptual and practical understanding of peri‑urban and rural development and financing is an added advantage.
Experience Length:
At least 1-year relevant experience.
