HRMD client, a school in Nairobi is looking to fill the above position. The individual will work closely with the Communication and Marketing Officer to contribute to the development of the schoolโ€™s communication and marketing strategy. In line with this strategy, subsequently provide support to implement multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In association with the Communication and Marketing Officer, help to implement the marketing strategy to support the schoolโ€™s growth, identify new markets from which to recruit pupils focused initiatives to drive enrollment.
  • Provide support in implementing a comprehensive multi-channel prospective customer marketing program that supports effective customer engagement, retention and parent advocacy.
  • Provide support in maintaining the relationship with the various digital stakeholders and agencies, as is the go-to resource for all digital marketing activities, including set up and management of accounts.
  • Help in preparation of content for marketing materials, such as social media posts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter posts, brochures etc.
  • Assist with maintaining the website, social media platforms and database systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
  • 2 yearsโ€™ relevant experience.
  • Graphic Design Certifications i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media schedulers, CRM systems).
