Storymoja Africa is a publishing venture based in Nairobi County, Kenya, focused on promoting a reading culture beyond academics and politics. The company works to publish contemporary East African writing of world-class standard, with a unique focus on entertainment for the local Kenyan audience. The shareholders, experienced in various professional fields, are committed to fostering literature as a core business value and a driver of Kenya’s development.
Over 95% of our 2022 and 2023 cohorts secured full-time job contracts within a month of completing the program. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, industry expertise, and professional skills that set you apart.
Program Highlights:
- Duration: 6 months of intensive professional training + 4 months of job attachment.
- Location: Storymoja offices, Nairobi (Kenya).
Stipend :
- General participants: Ksh 20,000/month for transport.
- Editorial-focused candidates mastering professional editing skills: Ksh 40,000/month.
