Junior Operations Executive

Mitsumi Distribution is a leading IT infrastructure distributor, specializing in hardware, telco, networking, Enterprise and storage solutions in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Our services include a broad range of supply chain solutions for direct and indirect distribution of IT products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in coordinating daily operations to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Prepare professional documents (Word), presentations (PowerPoint), and manage communications (Outlook).
• Support inventory management, logistics tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Help implement process improvements and administrative best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
