Rider Co-ordinator

Are you highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about operations excellence? Xpress Laundry is looking for a Riders Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive efficient rider performance and service delivery across our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or related role.
• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with data and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and monitor riders’ performance metrics and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze pickup and drop-off times to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on rider performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement in rider operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and service standards.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve rider-related issues promptly.
• Support in planning routes, schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to riders and deliveries.
