Bomexa, a modern real estate and technology firm, is pleased to invite applications for its Graduate Trainee Program, a three-month structured development program designed to equip fresh graduates with practical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience in real estate sales. The program is aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential talent while building a team of future sales professionals whose skills, values, and work ethic align with Bomexa’s vision and growth objectives.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, coaching, and practical exposure from experienced professionals. You will gain valuable experience across our sales processes, systems, and customer engagement activities, preparing you for a successful career in a dynamic business environment.

Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent employment opportunities within the organization.

Reporting to: Head of Sales and marketing

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  1. A Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in sales and business development.
  3. Ability to demonstrate selling and persuasion skills.
  4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Strong customer service orientation and telephone etiquette.
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  11. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and self-drive.

Important Information

  • The internship program runs for a period of six (3) months.
