Job Description:

Sauti Contact Center, a dynamic customer care and customer support platform, is seeking talented individuals with a passion for writing and blogging. As an Online Writer and Blogger, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content for our audience. Academic writing experience is a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

Research, write, and edit high-quality content for online articles, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with established style guides and meets quality standards.
Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
Stay updated on industry trends, news, and relevant topics to produce timely and relevant content.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in online writing and blogging.
Academic writing experience is a must.
Strong research skills and the ability to produce original, engaging, and informative content.
Excellent command of the English language and impeccable grammar.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
