Social Media And Content Creation Intern

As a Social Media Intern, you will collaborate with different teams to create engaging content, manage online communities, and help strengthen the organization’s digital presence across various platforms. You will play a key role in communicating our mission, showcasing our impact, and increasing audience engagement through innovative and compelling storytelling.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable thinking creatively, taking initiative, and bringing fresh ideas that align with our brand and values. Strong communication skills, content creation abilities, and a “get it done” attitude will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Lead the design of visually appealing graphics using Adobe Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/CapCut)
- Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the social media calendar, ensuring posts are drafted and scheduled for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
- Collaboration: Support the marketing team in launching new campaigns and covering live events.
- Reporting: Track weekly metrics and analyze data to scale engagement across all platforms
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends
Qualifications and Skills
- Recent graduate or final year student in Communications, Marketing, PR, Film, or a related field
- Bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written English with a knack for writing catchy and professional captions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
