Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining tests, as well as reporting bugs and tracking resolutions across both frontend and backend systems. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software in collaboration with developers and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and maintain test cases for frontend Ul and backend APls.
• Perform manual testing and help expand automated test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, GitHub Issues),
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure feature completeness and stability.
• Validate bug fixes and feature updates in staging and production environments.
• Assist in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Skills & Abilities:

• 1-3 years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience testing REST APis using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or automated frameworks.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright).
• Comfortable testing frontend applications (React) for functionality and responsiveness
• Experience with issue tracking and test documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of version control (Git)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab Cl, or Jenkins
• Exposure to Dockerized environments and container testing.
• Understanding of performance testing or load testing tools (e.g., ]Meter, Locust).
