We are hiring a Talent Management Intern to support key people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
This is not an entry-level opportunity for exploration. We’re seeking a trained HR graduate with a CHRP certification, strong analytical ability, and the discipline to grow into an expert in talent and organizational development.
What you’ll learn and support
- Assist across the talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance development, and retention
- Maintain and update job profiles, competency frameworks, and performance tools
- Maintain employee records and HR data on HRIS and generate structured reports
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and internal culture-building initiatives
- Support internal communication and coordinate learning and development sessions
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Law, Business, Sociology, or Psychology
- CHRP certification (mandatory)
- Minimum B+ in Mathematics and English (KCSE or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (added advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and data handling capability
- Knowledge of basic Kenyan labour laws and compliance requirements
