Capacity Spring Africa on behalf of our esteemed client, Radio Care Center located in Eldoret for the positions of:
Receptionist
- At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a receptionist or front office assistant.
- Experience in a hospitality setup (hotel, resort, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Exposure to hospital or medical facility front office operations is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to use electronic booking, appointment, or patient management systems.
- Good typing skills and basic administrative support knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
