Marketing Associate Intern

We are looking for a passionate and playful Marketing Associate Intern to join our growing team at The Dream Factory Kenya’s home of international, high-quality toys.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations for The Dream Factory Assist in planning and executing in-store activations, school events, and community engagements
• Help create content (photos, videos, reels, TikToks, stories) for our digital channels
• Be present during toy demos and activations, helping engage kids and collect user-generated content
• Coordinate with the retail team on visual merchandising and promotions
• Support event logistics, giveaways, and booth design setup Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns Assist with influencer coordination and basic social media management
• Track and report on basic marketing metrics (reach, engagement, foot traffic, etc.)

Requirements:

• Loves kids, toys, and creative storytelling
• Pursuing or recently completed a course in marketing, branding, or communications
• Social media savvy + confident shooting/editing video content
• Self-driven, playful, and willing to travel within Nairobi
