Reporting Supervisor: Hospital Management Team
JOB PURPOSE:
The Part-Time Data Analyst will support Luton Hospitalโs leadership by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical, operational, and financial data. The role will help the hospital make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for improved patient care and organizational efficiency.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorโs degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, finance, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and basic statistical analysis.
- Experience working with hospital information systems (HIS) or ERP systems is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
