Operations Manager

MotorSpeed Logistics, an innovative startup revolutionizing e-commerce delivery in Kenya, seeks a dynamic Operations Manager to drive operational excellence. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment, storage, and last-mile delivery. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, managing teams, ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across our operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize order fulfillment, warehousing, and delivery operations.
• Lead and supervise logistics teams, including dispatch officers, riders, and agents.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize technology to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
