Job Summary
We are looking to hire a self-motivated and efficient Digital Sales and Marketing officer to help drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. The candidate should be results-driven and able to develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media accounts, and search engines.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness within key markets.
- Manage the company’s presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok etc.) to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice.
- Create compelling, high-quality content, including posts, blogs, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Assist in formulating and executing strategies to achieve company monthly and annual targets.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to promote specific products and services, increasing visibility and driving lead generation as well as identify and approach potential customers, both existing and new, to generate leads and close sales.
- Client Relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support the preparation of sales presentations.
- Campaign Implementation: Help execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Promotional Activities. Support the organization of webinars and events.
- Performance Monitoring; Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Market Updates: Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of clients and provide suitable solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business information technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, preferably in the transport/autos industry.
- Basic understanding of the IT.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
