This role is essential in managing inbound and outbound calls to provideย timelyย assistance, information, and support to patients, families, and external stakeholders. The position ensures smooth communication within the hospital, enhances patient satisfaction, and upholds Valley Hospitalโs commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum Qualificationsย
- Diploma inย Communications,ย Media Studies, orย a related field
- Minimum ofย two (2) yearsโ experienceย in a similar or related role within a busy callย centreย or healthcare environment
Skills Requiredย
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and callย centreย systems
- Strong understanding of hospital services and general operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centredย approach
- Ability to manage multiple calls, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Competence in using phone systems, automated call distributors (ACD), and digital communication tools
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
