We are looking for a Research & Development Intern to join our team and support ongoing innovation in solar PV systems, batteries, and energy storage technologies. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, participate in hands-on fieldwork, assist in product testing, and contribute to new solutions shaping the future of clean energy.

Requirements & Skills

• Recent graduate or completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, batteries, and energy storage technologies.
• Interest in solar research, testing, training and product development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, or MATLAB is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on field work, product testing, and data analysis.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
