Website Administrator

Furniture Palace is Kenya’s largest furniture retailer, specializing in premium contemporary home and office furnishings. Furniture Palace is hiring a Website Administrator for their e-commerce team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uploading of new items on the website
• Price changes of products
• Drafting and publishing descriptions of new products
• Maintaining reports on website updates
• Work with merchandising and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Improve online shopping experience navigation, recommendations, checkout efficiency.
• Ensure website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized
• Tracking and monitoring website stock levels
• Tracking photoshoot schedules to ensure all products are uploaded on the website with the correct images.
• Any other job related tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communication or related course from a recognized institution.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar position/e-commerce role.
• Good understanding of website design & content management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong communication & organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills..
• Proficiency in M-suite, Adobe creative tools, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools will be an added advantage
