Sales Graduate in Training Program

Inchcape Kenya Automotive seeks a Graduate In Training to accelerate their sales career. You’ll gain hands-on experience with world-class brands like JLR and BMW, learning the ropes of automotive sales and customer experience. Responsibilities include supporting sales operations and learning about our products and services. We’re looking for recent graduates with a degree in any business field, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Our Market is looking for potential candidates to join the two year Graduate In Training Program in sales Function.

This program offers hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to world-class brands. Upon successful completion, graduates will be transitioned into permanent Sales roles, laying the foundation for a rewarding career as a Sales Executive.

About you

To be successful in this role you would need:

• First/ Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Field, Sales or Marketing
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 with a First Class Honours
• 25 years and below
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Analytical problem-solving ability
• Passionate about the automotive industry, sales and vehicle maintenance
• Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
