CyneForm Group is a creative production team specializing in professional photography, videography, live streaming, and visual content for events, brands, and businesses. We help our clients stand out through high-quality visuals and seamless execution.
We're expanding and growing our team rapidly hence, we're looking for five (5) hungry, self-driven individuals to help us expand our reach. We don't care about your degree or what course you take/took. We care about your hustle, commitment, determination, and grind.
Employment Type: Contract (3 months, renewable upon verifiable performance)
Positions available: five (5) vacancies
THE ROLE
Your specific roles shall be:
- Find/identify and engage potential clients/leads
- Build relationships and maintain communication with leads/clients
- Qualify clients using our proven framework to confirm if they meet our minimum criteria
- Once verified and approved, hand off qualified leads to our production team for job/task execution
- First point of contact with all clients hence, face of the brand
- Work independently without someone watching over your shoulder.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Proof of Hustle - Show us a screenshot of a payment from a side gig, a closed deal, personal business, or a project you did that actually paid you. We don't believe in words only.
- Digital and Social Media literacy - You know how to use Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for professional outreach.
- Professional Communication skills - You can talk to a CEO, a bride, or an event planner without sounding like a robot/reading from a script. In short, you can develop your own voice.
- Remote work discipline - You manage your own time and deliver results without a supervisor.
- Team player and coachable mentality - You're approachable, collaborative, and willing to learn the creative industry.
- Stable internet connection - You'll need it for communication, attending virtual meetings and CRM updates.
What we don't care about/not interested in
- University degrees or college certificate - we're not hiring based on papers, we're hiring based on proven & verifiable results.
- Your age or background
- A polished CV or cover letter.
