The Capital Markets Authority is offering a one-year internship for an Intern โ Human Resource & Management. Youโll be instrumental in administering HR processes, supporting staff development, and contributing to an efficient capital market.
The Capital Markets Authority is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing an efficient capital market in Kenya. The Authority invites applications for the following position:
INTERN-HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT – 1 POSITION
Internship Period: 1 year (non-renewable)
Your Role
Reporting to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports;
- Preparation of employment contracts;
- Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies;
- Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support; and
- Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
