The Standard Group Plc, a multi-media organization with investments in media platforms spanning newspaper print operations, television, radio broadcasting, is seeking aย Customer Support Internย to join theirย Online/Digital Department. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, digital support systems, and real-time problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and support tickets
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Monitor and manage support requests using CRM/helpdesk systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical or account-related issues
  • Track and report recurring customer feedback to improve service delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, internet tools)
