Moringa School is seeking an Events & Outreach Intern to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events and outreach campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for Moringa School.
Job Summary
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events and outreach campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for Moringa School. The Events & Outreach Intern plays a key role in bringing marketing activations to life from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that create awareness and convert target audiences into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
Functional:
- Support planning and execution of events and outreach campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, and community engagement
- Execute outreach activations across high schools, universities, and strategic community partners to grow Moringa School’s visibility
- Assist in researching and developing event and outreach strategies to strengthen brand presence in target markets
- Assist in managing the campus ambassadors program, including communication, scheduling, performance tracking, and monitoring activities against set objectives and budgets
- Track, manage, and ensure the availability of marketing collateral and branding materials required for events and outreach activities
- Gather feedback, insights, and learnings from outreach activities to improve future campaigns
- Prepare monthly reports on events and outreach performance, including key metrics and outcomes

About You
Required (Education and Experience):
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in events management, community outreach, sales, or marketing
- Experience in community management and engagement
- Experience working within the tech ecosystem, developer communities, or educational institutions is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Demonstrated success in executing events, outreach, or community engagement initiatives
- Passion for building and empowering tech communities
