The Tribe Senti Internships- Cohort 3

The Tribe Senti Internship program is a transformative, hands-on initiative by Geminia Life Insurance designed to equip young graduates in Kenya with career skills, professional networking, and financial management expertise.

Internship Period: 3 months

Location: Nairobi (Head Office)

1. Customer Experience Intern

Overview: Enhance customer satisfaction and build client relationships in a service-driven role.

Qualifications:

• A degree in the following fields: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related degree with relevant experience.
• Must have graduated in the past five years.

2. Underwriting Intern

Overview: Supports the underwriting team in assessing risks, reviewing client information, and processing insurance applications.

Qualifications:

• A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, or any other related degree with relevant experience.
• Must have graduated in the past five years.

3. Agency Servicing Intern

Overview: Supports the Business Development team by assisting in policy administration, client support, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing operations.

Qualifications:

• A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any other business related degree.
• Must have graduated in the past five years.
• Sales experience will be an added advantage.
