Graduate Trainee – Tile Factory
Location: Kisumu (Miwani)
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations within the department.
- Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
- Working closely with the shift leaders and Chinese technicians.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, etc.)
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Physically fit and ready to work in a plant environment
