KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other accounts on a regular basis.
- Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA(K) qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in construction and real estate accounting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
