KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other accounts on a regular basis.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA(K) qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in construction and real estate accounting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
