WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Completed degree within the last 1 year
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office tools
- Curious, proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Good communication and people skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide first-line IT support to staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 users
- Assist with email setup, user accounts, and access permissions
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support IT projects and system improvements
