Pwani Oil Group are looking for an Assistant Executive – Data & Strategy to support commercial decision-making through data analysis, sales performance monitoring, dashboard development, and business intelligence.
Location: Kikambala
What They’ll Do
- Analyze primary and secondary sales performance across regions, channels, and product categories.
- Monitor sales trends, product availability, route-to-market effectiveness, and sales team productivity.
- Evaluate trade promotions, sales activities, and return on investment (ROI) to improve commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and management reports using tools such as Excel and Power Bl.
- Support business planning, commercial projects, and strategy execution through data-driven insights.
- Monitor operational costs, fleet utilization, and resource efficiency within the commercial team.
- Coordinate regulatory licensing and support customer compensation processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to improve business performance,
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
