Responsibilities
Communication
- Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
- Implement the work plans of organized events, workshops, and training sessions as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in photography of activities for all programs and College activties .
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries.
- Compile data and prepare reports on communication efforts and program impact.
Resource Mobilization
- Support fundraising campaigns and events by creating promotional materials, drafting fundraising appeals, and managing online fundraising platforms.
- Assist in researching and identifying potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Collaborate with the lead fundraising person to organize and execute fundraising events
- Assist proposal writing.
