Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identified new business opportunities, generated leads, and achieved monthly sales targets.
- Coordinated with operations to facilitate smooth freight and logistics services.
- Maintained accurate customer records, quotations, payment tracking, and shipment updates.
- Monitored outstanding payments and prepared daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Participated in marketing initiatives, industry events, and competitor analysis to promote company services.
- Developed and maintained strong client relationships while consistently acquiring new customers.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
