Ngooni Construction Limited are hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Kisumu to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects while gaining practical experience.

Location: Kisumu (Relocation support will be provided to successful candidates.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the supervision and coordination of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate with no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work on project sites in Kisumu.
