You’ll work across developer due diligence, transaction coordination, and market research, with direct exposure to the Amaka Fund’s Tenant Purchase Scheme and our Investments team.

Kweli Capital Limited is a licensed fund manager operating across East African capital markets, headquartered in Nairobi. We’re looking for a Real Estate Intern to join our Investment Department for a structured, 6 month internship.
You’ll work alongside our Real Estate & Alternative Investments team on the Amaka Fund’s Tenant Purchase Scheme, gaining exposure to developer due diligence, transaction coordination, market research, and financial modelling, in a fast paced, high performance asset management environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate (within the last year) in Real Estate, Land Economics, Valuation, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
- Basic Excel proficiency and willingness to build financial modelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in real estate or affordable housing finance
