City Walk Kenya is seeking a proactive, customer-focused and results-driven Online Sales Person to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi.

The Digital Sales person will be responsible for converting customer inquiries into sales across the WhatsApp, Flowcart and social media, and for proactively reactivating past clients through cold outreach. The role combines responsive customer service on inbound inquiries with proactive outreach to grow repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Customer Engagement

Manage customer engagements across WhatsApp, Flowcart and social media.
Respond to calls, messages, comments and online inquiries promptly.
Follow up on Flowcart broadcasts and customer leads.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
Ensure no online customer is left unattended during working hours.

2. Cold Outreach

Reach out to previous clients to reintroduce products, promotions, and new stock.
Maintain and work through a structured list of past clients, prioritized by recency and value of past purchase.
Log outcome of every outreach contact,

3. Service Quality Standards

Greet and acknowledge every customer personally.
Provide accurate product, pricing and stock information.
Give clear next steps after every customer interaction.
Confirm all order details in writing before closing the sale.

4. Escalation Protocol

Attend to complaints, price disputes and escalate where necessary.

Key Deliverables

Log all customer inquiries and outcomes across every platform.
Respond and follow up within the required timelines.
Maintain a consistent, well-documented client outreach pipeline.
Ensure no online customer is left unattended during working hours.
Report total sales daily, weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online sales, retail sales, or customer service.
Experience in a retail, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce environment is an added advantage.
