Reports To: Head of Real Estate / Sales & Marketing Manager / Property Management Team
Villa Care Ltd is a professional real estate services company providing property sales, letting, property management, facilities management, property marketing and related real estate solutions.
We are seeking ambitious, energetic, commercially minded and highly motivated Real Estate Marketing Interns who want practical exposure to the property industry while developing strong skills in business development, property sourcing, sales, leasing, digital marketing, client acquisition and property/facilities management prospecting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful intern will support the Real Estate, Marketing and Business Development teams in the following areas:
Property Sourcing – Sales & Letting
- Identify and source residential, commercial, retail, office and mixed-use properties available for sale or letting.
- Prospect for apartments, houses, offices, commercial buildings, developments and investment properties suitable for listing by Villa Care Ltd.
- Contact property owners, landlords, developers and investors to secure new property listings.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective properties and owners.
- Conduct market research to identify properties entering the market and emerging investment opportunities.
- Assist in collecting property information, photographs, pricing, location details and other listing requirements.
Developer & Development Property Sourcing
- Identify new and ongoing property developments suitable for marketing and sales.
- Research developers undertaking residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Assist Villa Care Ltd in approaching developers for appointment as sales, letting and marketing agents.
- Identify opportunities for exclusive or joint property marketing mandates.
- Track upcoming developments and maintain a database of developers and projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and introductory material for prospective developer clients.
Property Management Business Development
- Source landlords, property owners, investors, apartment blocks, gated communities, commercial buildings and developments requiring professional property management.
- Generate leads for new property management appointments.
- Assist in approaching owners whose properties could benefit from professional tenant, rent, maintenance and property administration services.
- Support preparation and follow-up of property management proposals.
- Maintain an organised pipeline showing prospects, contacts, meetings, proposals and conversion status.
Facilities Management Business Development
- Identify buildings, residential developments, commercial properties, institutions and property portfolios requiring facilities management services.
- Source opportunities relating to maintenance coordination, cleaning, security coordination, landscaping, common-area management and other facilities services.
- Assist in arranging meetings, inspections and presentations with prospective clients.
- Support preparation of facilities management proposals and service presentations.
Sales, Letting & Lead Generation
- Generate prospective buyers and tenants through telephone calls, referrals, online enquiries, databases, social media, networking and field prospecting.
- Follow up enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist in matching prospective buyers and tenants with available properties.
- Schedule and participate in property viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings and client feedback.
- Support the sales and letting team in converting qualified leads into transactions.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Assist in preparing attractive property listings for websites, property portals and social media.
- Support marketing through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp.
- Assist in developing property photographs, short videos, reels and other marketing content.
- Research innovative digital approaches for generating property leads.
- Monitor responses to online advertisements and ensure leads are followed up promptly.
- Assist in building Villa Care Ltd’s digital visibility and property inventory.
Market Research & Competitor Intelligence
- Conduct regular research on property prices, rental rates, occupancy trends, competing developments and market demand.
- Monitor competing real estate agencies and newly launched developments.
- Identify emerging areas and property categories with strong sales, rental or management potential.
- Prepare simple market intelligence reports for management.
Client Relationship & Database Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with developers, landlords, property owners, investors, buyers, tenants and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate prospect and property databases.
- Record all calls, meetings, inspections, viewings and follow-up actions.
- Ensure leads are consistently followed through until converted or formally closed.
EDUCATION & ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should preferably be pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following areas:
- Real Estate / Property Management
- Marketing
