What we’re looking for:
- Certificate or diploma in Front Office, Customer Service, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, or a related field is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English & Swahili.
- Professional, trustworthy, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
- Ability to work effectively with veterinarians and other clinic staff, including weekends or public holidays where required.
- Computer literacy
- Previous reception/front-office experience is an added advantage
