Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/godown operations and possess strong physical fitness, diligence, and integrity. This role involves handling daily inventory, preparing deliveries, maintaining warehouse safety, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inventory checks and accurately record stock levels.
- Perform daily warehouse safety inspections and maintain safety records.
- Manage tools and offcuts on a daily basis.
- Prepare goods as per delivery notes and ensure accurate packing.
- Load prepared goods onto vehicles for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/godown operations or related field.
- Physically strong, healthy, and fit for manual tasks.
- High level of diligence, discipline, and integrity (zero tolerance for theft).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
