Management Trainee – Sales & Production

We are hiring Management trainee (2 posts) in sales & production departments.

Skills Geographic Kenya Limited client is a medium-sized printing company.

Qualifications:

• O’ level Certificate of education mean grade A and B series.
• Must have Bachelors university degree 1st class honours or 2nd class upper division qualifications in any field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop technical skills.
• Only those who recently graduated in year 2023, 2024 and 2025 will be considered.
• Experience: Experience: no prior experience required.

Main responsibilities:

Management trainee will be trained and prepared for future supervisory and management roles in their respective departments; one will be exposed to the following:-

• Receive training, support daily operations and complete assigned tasks.
• Learn company policies, processes and procedures.
• Observe and apply knowledge from senior staff.
• Meet set goals and comply with company rules.
