HR Internship

The HR Intern will support the HR Department in recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management. Preparing HR documentation, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day HR operations with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating the recruitment process, including scheduling and inviting candidates for interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR correspondence.
  • Support employee onboarding processes and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Assist in preparing casual staff payment schedules and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain proper filing, organization, and updating of employee records and HR documents.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms Excel.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Note: This internship is for a period of three (3) months and has the possibility of extension based on performance, discipline, and demonstrated capability.
