REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- CHRP/HRM certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive Information professionally.
EXPECTED SALARY: KES 67,463/month
