On behalf of our client, Q-Sourcing Servtec are looking for Market Merchant Activators to wor for 3 Months in Kenya.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSME merchants onto the digital payments ecosystem within assigned catchment areas.
- Drive sustained usage by supporting merchants to process customer payments via the platform.
- Conduct daily field visits based on approved work plans covering assigned branches as per rollout model.
- Capture and submit all required customer KYC, onboarding, and activity data accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred but not mandatory).
- Early-career candidates with 1-2 years' experience.
- Experience in sales, field marketing, or agent network exposure is preferred.
- Familiarity with local trading environments (markets, MSMEs) within assigned branch locations.
