Peach Cars is Kenya’s premier full-stack used-car marketplace, integrating inspections, financing, logistics, and after-sales support into a simple and seamless service offering aimed at solving for real pain points in Kenya’s used-car market i.e. fraud, lack of transparency, inefficiency, and poor customer experience.
Brand Ambassador – Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
The Brand Ambassador is Peach Cars’ frontline representative, responsible for generating high-quality leads, following up with potential buyers and sellers and ensuring a seamless customer experience in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Brand Ambassador (BA) – Lead Generation & Customer Engagement at Peach can expect to undertake the following tasks and activities:
- Generate and qualify high-quality seller and buyer leads according to monthly targets and priority mix.
- Follow up with leads consistently to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate and timely entries in the CRM/webform system.
- Represent Peach Cars professionally in the field, engaging customers to build trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, webforms, WhatsApp).
- Knowledge of assigned territories is an advantage.
