This is a high-responsibility technical internship, designed for individuals who want to build strong field and systems capability in a real operating environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of field systems
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs in the field and during in-house testing
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Support workshop assembly, prototyping, and technical preparation tasks
- Assist with system checks, diagnostics, and quality control before deployment
- Support data collection, reporting, and issue tracking
- Help improve system reliability and field performance
- Work closely with farmers, customers, agents, and internal teams
- Learn and progressively take ownership of defined technical tasks and field responsibilities
- Document field processes, technical learnings, and recurring issues clearly
- Support logistics, setup, and operational readiness for field activities
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
Technical
- Background in engineering, technical training, or related field
- Strong interest in hands-on systems (electrical, mechanical, energy, or cooling)
- Basic working knowledegeof electrical, mechanical, or energy systems
- Ability to understand and work with physical systems in real environments
