ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE – TRADE REPRESENTATIVE (NAKURU)
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across your assigned route.
- Ensure our products are available, visible, and well-placed in all retail outlets (Dukas, beauty shops and pharmacies).
- Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.
- List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection.
- Execute in-store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell-out.
- Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through our Sales App.
- Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.
- Must have a driving license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools.
- A customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the region.
