Operations Intern

This is a role designed to provide a hands-on learning experience in the field of business operations and interact with various functions that ensure a business runs efficiently and effectively.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily operational tasks in data entry, process documentation, and other day-to-day activities that support the operations department.
• Contributing to ongoing projects, which may include assisting with project planning and implementation of new strategies
• Collaboration: Working with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve company goals.
• Ensuring that operational activities and processes adhere to company policies, as well as relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Learning and development: Actively participating in training programs, workshops, recruitment and teambuildingto gain an understanding of all facets of operations management.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by responding to emails, calls and in person clients promptly to ensure a delightful experience.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communication or a related discipline.
• Previous internship experience in an operational or business related role is an added advantage.
