We are hiring a P.A - Partner Relations Manager
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to the Partner Relations Manager to keep our partnerships thriving and our pipeline flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
- Track student pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support partner coordination and communication
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy at all times
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide financial and administrative support where required
- Offer executive and day-to-day administrative support
- Maintain high responsiveness and flexibility in handling tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in admin/PA or coordination roles
- Experience supporting sales pipelines or client/partner coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong Excel skills (tracking & reporting)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of student recruitment/visa processes
- Flexible and available for urgent tasks when needed
