KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping and daily transaction recording
- Accounts payable and supplier payments
- Accounts receivable and invoicing
- Credit control and collection follow-ups
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Expense and petty-cash management
- Payroll and contractor-payment support
- Tax and statutory-compliance support
- Financial reporting and audit documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Zero to three years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or audit experience
- Recent graduates with strong internship, attachment, or bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of double-entry accounting, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or comparable software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, organization, and willingness to learn
- Ability to provide at least two academic or professional references
